Everything is made to order, so allow a little production time before dispatch. Typical production is 2–5 working days, then delivery on top.
Shipping rates
- UK Standard: £4.99 · 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- UK Express: £6.99 · 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- EU: £14.99.
- Rest of world: £23.99.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns
- Faulty, damaged or wrong items: contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or refund.
- Change of mind: under UK law you can cancel within 14 days of delivery, except for personalised/made-to-order items made to your spec.
