Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rainandrevolution.com and any purchase you make from Rain & Revolution, a trading name of ONICO LTD. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering & pricing

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• An order is accepted once we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable), and will refund anything already paid.
• We try to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or colours displayed on your screen are error-free.

Made to order

Our garments are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful, after you order. This keeps waste down but means production adds a little time before dispatch (see Shipping & Returns).

Returns & cancellations

• Under UK consumer law you may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, except where items are made to your custom specification.
• We replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number.
• Because items are made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on personalised pieces, but we'll always try to make it right.

Intellectual property

The Rain & Revolution name, logo, designs, graphics and site content are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
